Based on seasonal, organic and local ingredients, our menu also includes optional wine pairings to enhance the flavours of our Chef‘s creations and allow for a more complete and satisfying dining experience. Our wine selection changes frequently, with a few favourites always in place as we aim to offer exquisite wine pairings to complement our ever changing tasting menus.
For private functions, clients have the option of pre-selecting a set menu prior to their event. Alternatively, enjoy working with the chef to create your own bespoke and tailor made menu. Despite being known for our fine dining, Country Boutique Hotel overnight and regular guests know that we understand and accommodate trending eating plans and individual dietary requirements and preferences. CONFERENCES & EVENTS
The function facility at Country Boutique Hotel is unique and diverse and ideal for smaller and more intimate events. Wooden arched doors that open onto the garden allow a great amount of natural daylight and fresh air to flood into the venue. Fitted with the best equipment such as a data projector, flat screen TV with AC cable, electric projector screen and background sound, this space is perfect for EXCO type meetings and small conferences and workshops.
This area also lends itself to intimate events for around 50 guests ranging from special occasion lunches and dinners, cocktail and tea parties, christenings or intimate weddings with a difference. The option to hire the entire boutique hotel on an exclusive basis can be quoted for.
Furthermore, the Country Boutique Hotel restaurant can be reserved for private functions by prior arrangement. Country Boutique Hotel has a divine pool and outside area for open air functions and events that exceeds all expectations.

Getting There
- Take the N4 to Nelspruit.
- Just before you reach Nelspruit follow signs to R40 towards White River.
- Approximately 18km on the R40, just before you enter White River take the turn off to the right that says Ingwenyama Resort.
- Follow the signs and the Country Boutique Hotel is located just before you go through the boom gate to Ingwenyama.
- Exit the airport at the circle at the bottom of the hill and go right on the R538 towards White River.
- At the next T-junction turn left and continue 14km until you reach a T-junction at the bottom of a hill.
- Turn right onto the R40 and go up the hill for approximately 4 km.
- Take the turn off to the right that says Ingwenyama Resort.
- Follow the signs and the Country Boutique Hotel is located just before you go through the boom gate to Ingwenyama.
