Please note:

- Minimum nights stays and surcharges may apply on rates over peak holiday periods and weekends.
- A Conservation Levy applies per day and will be added to the Invoice at the time of booking.
- Pick-up 11h00 to 13h00 at Welgevonden Game Reserve Main Gate; departure 10h00 from the Lodge.
- Guests must arrive by 13:00 as they will park at the Reserve main gate and be transported to the Lodge with a game viewer.
- Drive from main gate to Lodge is roughly 40 min.
- Insurance: The Lodge recommends that all guests have sufficient travel insurance to cover injury, medical costs, emergency evacuation, repatriation, loss or damage to personal belongings and cancellation.

Getting There
From OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg:
1. Exit the airport and take the R21 north toward Pretoria.
2. Merge onto the N1 North toward Polokwane.
3. Stay on the N1 as you pass through Pretoria and continue toward the Kranskop Toll Plaza.
4. Shortly after the toll, take the R33 off-ramp toward Modimolle (formerly Nylstroom).
5. Drive through Modimolle and continue on the R33 toward Vaalwater.
6. As you approach Vaalwater, continue on the R517, also known as the Old Lephalale Road.
7. From Vaalwater, drive approximately 24–26 km until you see the Welgevonden Game Reserve’s Main Gate on the left-hand side.
8. All guest are to leave their car in the secure parking at Main gate. You will be collected from here by your game ranger on a game vehicle. This is approximately a 30 minute drive. Collections happen between 11am and 1pm.
