Getting There
1. Transfers to/ from Tshokwane Park and Ride facility located at Tshokwane picnic site for self-drive guests and outsourced transfer companies:
– Pick-ups at 13h30 and 16h30
– Drop offs at 10h30
2. Transfers to/from Skukuza Airport and/or Skukuza Rest camp available at a surcharge.
3. All self-drive and road transfers are subject to KNP gate times.
4. Approximately 2 hours from Paul Kruger Gate & 3 hours from Phabeni & Orpen Gate – KNP will not allow for alternative arrangements to be made.
5. 1 hour drive from Skukuza Airport.

Please note:
- All rates are subject to availability.
- Proof of SADC residency may be required at the time of booking or upon check-in at the lodge.
- Surcharges may apply on rates over peak holiday periods and long weekends.
- Unless otherwise stated, all rates listed are based on a minimum 2 night stay. Surcharges may apply for a 1 night booking.
- Rates quoted are only applicable to South African Residents. Special Discounted rates for International Residents are available on request.
- Conservation Levy of R 122 per person per stay for Kruger National Park entrance fees and 1% Community Levy are excluded from the the rates. To be settled directly.
- There will be a supplement of 50% on the per person sharing rate for single accommodation.
- Children 12 years and older are welcome at Kruger Untamed Tshokwane River Camp.
- Children 12 years and older will be accommodated in their own tent and charged the full adult sharing rate.

Kruger Untamed Tshokwane River Camp, a unique seasonal haven. Nestled near the iconic Tshokwane picnic spot in central Kruger National Park, this wilderness retreat offers an unmatched safari experience. Positioned by the Ripape River, it showcases diverse birdlife and habitual animals.
Set beneath towering jackalberry and apple leaf trees, 30 beautifully appointed luxury safari tents hug the riverbed, each unit measuring 24m2 – a private oasis where you can unwind after an exciting day of game drives. These accommodations are equipped with front and rear doors, side windows, and a covered patio, along with en-suite facilities.
