Mar & Oct 05h30 – 18h00

All visitors who are 18 years and older, must produce a positive identity document for scanning in order to gain access to the Kruger National Park:
SA Residents must produce their SA ID document or Driver’s Licence.
Non SA Residents must produce their passports. - Activities are excluded from the rates. Please contact the Lodge direct regarding activities, bookings and costs.
- There will be a supplement of 50% on the per person sharing rate for single accommodation.
- Children of all ages are welcome at Skukuza Safari Lodge.
- Child rates for children up to 12 years old are available on request. Please contact your BushBreaks & More consultant for quote.
- Children over 12 years are charged as adults.
- Activities are excluded from the rates. Please contact the Lodge direct regarding activities, age restrictions, bookings and costs for children.

Skukuza Safari Lodge is located within the renowned Skukuza Rest Camp in Kruger National Park.

Getting There
Travel time from O.R.Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg is approximately 5h30 mins.
Kruger national Park gate entry times are as follows:
- Jan, Feb, Nov &Dec – 05:30 – 18:30
- Mar & Oct 05:30 – 18:00
- Apr, Aug & Sep – 06:00-18:00
- May, Jun, Jul – 06:00 – 17:30
Please notify the lodge immediately in the event that arrival time will be after the gate closure in order to arrange permit for late travel.
- Travel on N12 from Kempton Park. Merge onto the N12 via Emalahleni
- Follow N12 and N4 to R36 in Mpumalanga. Exit from N4
- Take the exit to R36
- Continue onto R539. Turn Left onto V4
- Rake R40 and R538 to your destination. Turn right and take 2nd exit at the roundabout. At next roundabout take the 1st exit onto R37
- Turn left onto Madiba Drive. Turn lleft onto Danie Joubert St.Turn right onto Tom Lawrence St.
- Turn left onto the R40. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit towards Hazyview
- At the T-junction turn left onto R538 towards Hazyview/Phalaborwa
- Turn right onto Portia Shabangu Dr R536
- Travel straight on R536 for about 34km
- Upon entering the Park at Paul Kruger gate, travel staright for 12km
- Turn left at the 4way cross to Skukuza road
- Enter Skukuza Rest camp, Pass Fuel station on the left
- At the roundabout take a left and follow the road for about 500m
- Keep left after passing Nombolo Mdhluli conference centre
- Skukuza Safari Lodge will be on your left after Nombolo
