- The Holiday Club offers an exceptional dedicated recreation facility for the family to relax and enjoy. It is open daily from 10h00-19h00. Children ages 4-12 are welcome. Children aged 3 years and younger must be accompanied by a parent or adult.
- Children 12 years and under (maximum 1) per room sharing with two full paying adults are accommodated free of charge, including breakfast. Applicable room type to be reserved.
- Children 13 to 16 years (maximum 1) per room sharing with two full paying adults are charged R 750.00 per child, per night, bed and breakfast, subject to change.
- It is recommended that Children over the age of 16 be accommodated in a separate room.
- Deluxe Sea Facing Suites and the Superior Garden Villas are suited to accommodating families of 4 (2 adults and 2 children under 12 on a day bed).
- Family Rooms are suited to accommodating families of 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12.
- All other room categories are able to accommodate a cot.
- Directly inter-leading rooms for families are available and should be requested at the time of reservation.
- A limited number of additional beds and cots are available on request – please confirm with the reservations team first that the room type required can accommodated an additional bed.
- Child-minders may be reserved through the hotel at a fee and needs to be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

- Take the N2 /North coast / Stanger off-ramp (17.2km)
- Take exit 182 toward M41 / Umhlanga (600m)
- Turn right toward M12 / Umhlanga Rocks Dr (1km)
- Take the exit toward M12 / Umhlanga Rocks Dr (450m)
- Turn left onto M12 / Umhlanga Rocks Dr (750m)
- Go through one roundabout
- At the next roundabout, take the 3rd exit (turning right) once you have turned, you are still on Umhlanga Rocks Dr / M12 (1.3km)
- Continue onto McCausland Crescent (300m)
- Turn right as the road forks onto Lighthouse Rd (72m)
- The entrance to The Oyster Box will be on your right

- From the N2 Northbound
